Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Sizing details
The booties currently are available in one size only - newborn to three months.
I live in the Ottawa area - can I pick up my order
Absolutely - let me know you can pick up when placing the order. I will refund you the shipping when the order is picked up.
Care instructions
All items are 100% merino wool felt. Should they become soiled spot clean with damp towel or dry clean for best results. Color may bleed, especially the red. Felt will shrink when exposed to heat such as a dryer or iron. To preserve felt in original state, allow felt to air dry.
